Four distinctive pubs across Norfolk
Goldthorpe Pubs is built on a simple idea: that great food doesn't need to be complicated, and a warm welcome never goes out of style. Whether you're at The Boars in Spooner Row, The Cellar House in Eaton, The King's Head in New Buckenham, or The Belle Vue in Norwich, you'll find seasonal Norfolk produce, menus crafted with care, and a team that genuinely wants you to have a good time. That's it. That's all we're doing.
The Boars
We offer classics with a twist, such as a Mediterranean influence on British flavours. The food we offer is good, brasserie-style, kept simple and done well. Our locally sourced ingredients help us create dishes that will be enjoyed whether you are joining us for lunch or dinner.
The Cellar House
The Cellar House has undergone an exciting refurbishment. A unique dining space in the Eaton room and a stunning outdoor space featuring a petanque court, a kids' playhouse, and a beautifully landscaped garden sits alongside the wonderfully atmospheric 200-year-old main bar, where everyone is welcome.
The King’s Head
The King's Head is a traditional coaching inn set on the green of the beautiful town of New Buckenham. A warm welcome from our team will greet you at The King's Head. Once inside, you can expect a cracking pint, a glass of lovely wine or a G&T at the bar, along with some delicious classic British dishes from the kitchen.
The pub is much bigger than it seems. To the rear of the pub, there is a charming dining room, lovely outside seating, and a grassed beer garden. Upstairs, there are five beautiful rooms for bed and breakfast.
The belle vue
An iconic Victorian corner pub, The Belle Vue NR2, will be open all day and offer a warm welcome to its stylish interior and fabulous garden. Our new food menu is now live! Alongside this, we will continue to serve Brick Pizzas, bar snacks, and an extensive list of drinks to enjoy until 11 pm. It is the place to be in NR2!
